Official Invoice Rule
Only invoices officially generated, verified, and recorded within Voltex company systems shall be considered legal and acceptable.
Any invoice that:
- Is manually modified
- Contains false information
- Is generated unofficially
- Is altered without authorization
- Does not exist within official company records
shall automatically be considered invalid and unauthorized.
Voltex shall not be responsible for:
- Fake invoices
- Third-party invoice fraud
- Unofficial transactions
- Duplicate invoice misuse
- Illegal resale documentation
No legal claim, liability, or dispute may be imposed on Voltex regarding transactions or invoices not officially recorded within company systems.
