- Policy violations
- Payment verification failure
- Suspicious transactions
- Inventory limitations
- Commercial disputes
- Compliance concerns
- Emergency market conditions
Commercial Penalty Clause
If an order is canceled, delayed, rejected, or violated due to client-side actions, Voltex reserves the right to apply:
- Operational penalties
- Administrative charges
- Commercial compensation fees
- Processing deductions
- Supply loss recovery charges
However, depending on the business relationship, market condition, or internal company decision, Voltex may also partially or fully waive such penalties at its sole discretion.
