Emergency Commercial Adjustment Clause

- Import/export restrictions
- Currency fluctuations
- Raw material shortages
- Fuel price increases
- Supply chain disruptions
- International trade impacts
- Industrial emergencies
- Major market price escalation
Voltex may transfer affected orders into a special “Emergency Commercial Adjustment” review category.
Under this policy:
- The original order price may be revised according to updated market rates and raw material costs.
- Clients shall be informed regarding revised commercial pricing before processing continuation.
- If the client accepts the revised pricing, the order shall continue under updated commercial terms.
- If the revised pricing is not accepted, Voltex reserves the full right to cancel the order without legal liability or compensation responsibility.
This policy exists to protect operational stability and prevent abnormal commercial losses caused by uncontrollable market conditions.
